I want my clients to know: texting and driving in Tennessee is illegal!  You also need to know that police can and will use your phone records against you.

I'm seeing it just about every day as I drive: TEXTING while behind the wheel of a vehicle.  We are beginning to see insurance claims that are related to distracted driving.  The government is starting a new awareness campaign in the days ahead and it is none too soon in my estimation.  TEXTING and DRIVING is dangerous, lives are being lost and we all have to pay attention and take personal responsibility to end this.  Even if you don't text and drive, the roads are becoming more dangerous because of those who do.
