Nashville has suffered a severe weather event in the last 24 hours. An overnight tornado has caused considerable damage to the area and as of this posting, 21 people have lost their lives in this Middle Tennessee area. The latest reports indicate an EF-3 with winds up to 165 mph struck Mt. Juliet and Donelson overnight and more reports continue to trickle in.
As they often do, this tornado took a destructive straight-line path from west to east. This graphic – from one of our insurance companies – shows the most accurate line to this moment.
