We have a lot of customers who rent their living space. Whether they are in apartments, homes or condos, the property that they rent isn’t theirs but they surely own the stuff they take in there. And unknown to many, the leasing agents insurance DOES NOT cover the renters belonging. Often, we get the question: “Should I really buy insurance on my stuff … it’s not worth that much!?” My answer: “If you lost everything you have in a fire or tornado, would you care!?” That pretty well helps them to decide to cover their belonging to some extent.
