Seventh Graders with HOPE! It’s Still a Wonderful World!

Let’s put insurance aside this week and focus on where we are during this CoVid19 pandemic!

Isn’t it interesting as we all cope with this current ‘new normal,’ how positive messages of support and encouragement are rising up?  For me, they’re enjoyed and helpful!  That’s why, when I saw this posted on our neighborhood Nextdoor feed this week, I stopped to watch it and so glad that I did.

These seventh graders from Grassland Middle School in Franklin, Tennessee formed this group when they were in the fifth grade.  Now, after being together for two years, they have put together encouragement for us all – using their talents to express where they are during this challenging time.

We were all seventh graders once!  Were we facing this type of unsettledness?  Were we thinking about ways to encourage others who needed a good word?  Maybe!  The youth of today are our hope for tomorrow!  I pay attention to those younger than I and get great encouragement and hope from them.  I certainly did with this!

Take three minutes – settle back and enjoy the General Idea Band who note in their video:
