As I write – GRATEFULNESS rises to the top!
- Grateful for my great family that gives me joy, happiness and adventures – almost daily! 🙂
- Grateful for friends – some life-long and others who walk with us daily who ‘have our backs!’
- Grateful for so many wonderful clients – some of whom have been with me most of this 46-year career.
- Grateful for my staff: Mandy (13 years this year), Erin and Maggie. Grateful for all that they do to keep this place rollin’!
- Grateful for great health that doesn’t get in my way of continuing to do this career that I have richly been blessed to do!
- ….and just as you experience too, there are so many other items I could add to this list!
Even though the insurance industry has been in what I call an “upside down” state this year with rates higher than average and underwriting – much more restrictive, I am seeing some hopeful changes that we are moving to a more normal place – hopefully in the next 12 months. It has been our job to make sure you have a safe place in this inflationary, high-rate environment where we could keep your portfolio market competitive. In most all cases, we have been pleased with the service we have provided to you and will continue to.
As we all pause to reflect on real meaning of this Christmas season along with the great’s and not so great’s of this year, we look forward to another year of change, surprises and certainly challenges at every turn. We will be here to help you make your insurance with us as simple, easy and affordable as possible. You can still reach any of us personally when you need us to serve your insurance needs. Daily, we give it our best effort to make sure that we treat people as we want to be treated – and so far, so good! But there’s still MORE to do.
Merry Christmas and let me wish you and your crew all of the best in 2025. I’m thinking – Let’s THRIVE in ’25! Will you join me??
